Notice to Students - 21 April 2020

Students are asked to note the following dated today Tuesday 21 April 2020.

  • Tuition for this current semester has been extended until May 15, 2020.
  • The final grading for a number of courses will be based on 100% of the coursework. That official list of courses will be communicated to you, through your Divisional Heads.
  • The Final Examination period is now scheduled for June 1-12, 2020 and renamed as the Final Assessment period. During this period, a variety of assessment procedures including online assessments for some courses will take place. These assessments will be scheduled and resources provided to ensure that students are afforded optimum conditions for success. The schedule will be shared with students through their Divisional Heads.
  • Courses which are completely practical based will be deferred. That information will be emailed to students registered for those courses.
  • Students who have experienced challenges with internet connectivity, lack of devices, mental health or economic circumstances may defer courses without being disadvantaged. You will, however, be required to inform the Registrar’s office* of this decision.
  • Final year students who are desirous of completing programmes this academic year, but are required to retake courses or complete a final year course, should submit your name, the College’s ID number, course code and the name of the course to the Registrar’s office*. If there is a large enough quota, consideration will be given to delivering those courses in the summer session.

Please note that due to the fluidity of our circumstances, adjustments to plans may be necessary. Students are asked to continue to check their emails and the College’s website at for future updates.
