From the 16th -23rd June, Barbados Community College students volunteered to make ‘pink ribbons’ for the Barbados Cancer Society’s Pink Ribbon week in October, 2014. Ms. Racquel Collymore, one of the counsellors in the Counselling & Placement Centre coordinated this activity. The group was made up of twenty students, including one parent volunteer.

What was very inspirational, was that Ms. Janiel Odle, a visually impaired student assisted in the project.
