MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING
The Barbados Community College has signed a network of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with several other colleges, universities, and entities. These MOUs seek recognition for the College's programmes for the benefit of its main stakeholders.
Under the MOUs, staff gain from the transfer of knowledge, exposure to best practices, and staff-to-staff interactions. Students benefit from the opportunity for seamless matriculation into partner institutions through the transfer of credits. In some instances where there is a 2 plus 2 or similar arrangement, students can benefit from reduced years at the receptive institution, translating into reduced tuition fees and tremendous savings to students and/or parents.
