This office is responsible for the financial management, accounting and control functions of the College with its staff located at the ‘Eyrie’ campus and the Hospitality Institute.
Main responsibilities of the office are as follows:
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Budgets
- Fixed assets
- Payroll
- Purchases
- Management of student accounts
Payments & Fees
Payment of fees by each student is required before registration and may be paid by:
- Cash
- Debit cards
- Credit cards – The College accepts all major credit cards
- Cheques – only Managers’ cheques and certified cheques are accepted
Students whose fees are paid directly into the College’s bank account should inform the department accordingly and present proof of such payments to the department.
