The Registry of the Barbados Community College is the central Administrative Office of the College. We take this opportunity to welcome you to our website and please feel free to call or email any of our officers to assist you with any queries or concerns that you may have.
The Registry consists of:
- The Office of the Registrar
- Student Affairs Section
- Examination Section
The Registrar is the Administrative Head of the Registry and is assisted by two (2) Assistant Registrars.
The general aim of the Registry is to provide a high quality and technologically driven administrative system to facilitate the successful student journey from the application stage through to graduation. One of the specific functions of this office is to ensure the integrity, accuracy and security of all academic records of current and former students. Students can be assured that their academic records will be available long after they have graduated from the College.
The office therefore seeks to ensure, through the adoption of a customer service approach that is professional, people centred and student friendly, the provision of student services that meet the needs of our stakeholders.
All stakeholders of the College are encouraged to avail themselves of the services offered by the Registry. These services include:
- Validation of academic qualifications/certificates
