• Student must be under the age of 20 years at the start of the semester
• The award is offered and shall not be engaged in full-time employment
• Must obtain a minimum GPA of 2.75 per semester in their programme of study.

Conditions of the Award

Awardees will be required to volunteer a total of 50 hours for one year with the District Emergency Organisation or the Department of Emerging Management.
