Overview

The Division of Science offers courses in the following subject majors

  • Biology
  • Chemistry
  • Environmental Science
  • Mathematics
  • Physics

The College timetable is quite flexible so these subjects may be studied in conjunction with selected majors from the Division of Commerce, the Division of Computer Studies and the Division of Liberal Arts.

Admission Requirements

The minimum requirements for entry into the College are: 

  • Four (4) passes at CSEC General Proficiency Level with Grade 1, 2, or 3 (from June 1998 only) OR
  • Four (4) passes at GCE Ordinary Level with Grades A, B or C OR
  • Any qualification considered by the College to be equivalent to the abovementioned. 

NB English Language and Mathematics are compulsory and based on the subject major the relevant pass in the subject area.

* - Students doing three (3) majors need 9 credits minimum in the second year, those doing two (2) majors need 12 credits.
