Overview

The curriculum is structured to provide broad-based education in the many aspects of Physical Education, Sport, Health and Fitness.                                       

The associate Degree background in Biomechanics, Anatomy and Physiology. Health and Nutrition, Psychosocial Aspects of Sport, as well as the analysis of various sports skills and human movement are the framework for this enriched study of physical activity.  

Two (2) years of study. This  includes four (4) semesters with class in-person and virtual attendance part-time, and compulsory independent study.
