Registration for Pubic Service Vehicle Operators' Training Is Officially Open

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION

This workshop series was designed to sensitize and enhance the knowledge and skills of PSV Operators which will enable them to better understand the operations of the Public Transportation system and in turn empower them to deliver service of a high standard.

WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES

At the end of the workshop series, participants will be able to:

·       Identify the occupational hazards and risks to PSV operators

·       Apply defensive driving techniques

·       Handle and resolve conflict in the work environment in a socially  acceptable manner

·       Understand the legal requirements for operating a PSV and the role of the regulatory body that governs their            operations.

·       Improve the level of service offered to the traveling public through exceptional customer service practices.

·       Apply techniques to improve workplace wellness and develop workplace wellness programmes.
