How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments can be scheduled by phone.  Call (246) 426-2858 Ext 5320 or 5321 or

In person Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm


Do I need to cancel my appointment?

If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call well ahead of time to cancel your appointment so we can offer this time to another student.


Does it matter if I am late for my appointment?

If you arrive late for your appointment, you may need to reschedule.  We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

If I become suddenly sick or injured, can I be seen without an appointment?

At the Urgent/Walk-in Clinic, no appointment is needed.  A nurse will assess you and schedule appropriate care.


What will happen to me if I do not return the immunisation and Medical History Forms?

The Immunisation and History Forms are a pre-registration requirement.  Matriculated students need to submit these forms before starting classes.  Any student who does not return these forms, returns and incomplete form or does not have the required immunisation will have registration blocked.
